One year! My foray into blogging has been through the lens of an explorer. A journey that is driven from within, by my passion.
I was a bundle of nerves when I started. Juggling a full-time job with blogging hasn’t exactly been a cakewalk.
Each baby step to my bigger stride has been a learning experience. It’s been an exciting journey, broadening my learning dimensions. I’m grateful for working with great minds. I m working on some fun projects & can’t wait to share it with all of you! Now I am more confident than ever. This is what I am meant to do and I will work harder until the time I achieve what is set out of me. I hope you all are ready to see and hear more from me. I am thankful to my readers for encouraging me
Today I’m apprising you about Ka:Sha, label by Karishma Shahani Khan. The philosophy of her products lies in visualizing design as a celebration and creating heirlooms influenced by our multi-layered country. She gives each garment it’s own uniqueness and artistic expression. She promotes natural textiles and dyes, with a perfect marriage of contrast with harmony. A keen balance of localization and globalization.
I decided to curate two looks from Ka:sha’s collection.
1st Look comprised of Ink blue handwoven 3D floral motif Tunic with light blue cloth tie up. I wanted to style this tunic in a way to give it full justice so I went with a completely different route with a green leather pleated skirt. It just completely upped the game. Sneakers completed the look.
2nd Look is Pink and Orange Clamp Dyed Pleated Calf Length Dress. It’s such a pretty piece. Simple white sandals and silver choker was all that was needed. It felt so good wearing these pieces as I knew it came directly came from the source.
